Seven people were killed when a bomb went off in Oslo, hours before the deadly shooting took place in the youth camp on Utoeya island.
The man accused of the massacre, the 32-year-old Anders Breivik, admitted responsibility, his lawyers say.
A 1,500-page document written by Breivik under the headline “2083: A European declaration of Independence” was posted on the web hours before the attacks.
Breivik writes that NATO`s bombing of Serbia in 1999 was a ‘tipping point’ for him in plotting the attacks.
